Watch Paul at work.

From importing a template to exporting a PowerPoint: see how Paul composes and edits slides in your brand.

Same brief. Same content. Three templates, three results.

Paul does not draw in your place: it composes with the layouts, colours and typefaces of the template you give it.

One place

Generate and edit in the same place.

The brief, the plan, the slides composing themselves, hand edits, the draft Beautify turns into a clean slide: everything happens in the artifact, next to the conversation.

Built for people who cannot afford “close enough”.

What a demanding buyer asks before trying.

Where is my data hosted? Is it used to train a model?

Hosted in Europe: the database, storage and application server are all hosted within the European Union. Your templates, prompts, and presentations never leave the EU for application processing.

No training on your content, neither on Paul's side nor on the models we use for inference. Requests to partner LLMs are made with explicit training opt-out on the provider's side.

What template formats does Paul accept?

Paul natively ingests PowerPoint (.pptx) files, the reference format in the enterprise ecosystem.

Ingestion analyses master slides, layouts, palettes, typefaces, and grids. Once ingested, your template is available for all future generations.

How long does ingesting a new template take?

A few minutes for a standard template (10–20 layouts). Ingestion is automatic and can be triggered by any authorised user in your organisation. You can review and validate the resulting map before making it available to your teams.

Is the PowerPoint output genuinely natively editable, or just a disguised PDF?

Natively editable. Paul produces an authentic .pptx file where every element, title, bullet, image, table, shape, remains fully editable in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.

No text is rasterised. Your teams can take over any slide after generation without losing the document's logical structure.

How does deployment work for dozens or hundreds of users?

Paul operates on an organisation model: an ingested template is shared with all authorised team members. Role management (admins, editors, external consultants), centralised billing, generation audit trail.

SSO authentication (Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, Okta) is on the roadmap for large-scale deployments, available on request as part of an Enterprise agreement.

What happens if we exceed our credit quota?

You can top up credits at any time from your dashboard, with no interruption of service. Credits never expire, they remain available as long as your account is active.

For high-volume deployments, an Enterprise plan with a custom quote lets you spread usage over an annual commitment with quarterly billing.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The 7-day trial opens all of Paul on your own templates: €0 today, cancel in two clicks, first charge at the end of the trial if you continue.

Larger accounts that want a personalised demo or invoice billing can write to us from the contact page.

Will my templates or presentations be visible to other organisations using Paul?

Strictly isolated. Each organisation has a dedicated space isolated by Row Level Security at the database level. No template, prompt, or presentation is ever shared between clients.

On request, all your data can be exported or permanently deleted, in line with your GDPR obligations.

Your next presentation, in your brand, this week.
