From your documents

Start from your documents, Paul turns them into slides.

An Excel of figures, a Word note, a forty-page PDF, a few images: the content exists, the presentation does not. You attach the files to the brief, Paul takes what matters and composes inside your template.

The starting point

The material is there, scattered across files. Four common situations.

  • An Excel of results to present. The quarter's dashboard is in a workbook. Paul pulls out the figures that matter and turns them into tables and charts, in your brand colours.
  • A Word note to turn into a meeting.Ten pages of summary, with headings and paragraphs. Paul reuses the structure to propose the outline, then condenses each part into slides.
  • A forty-page PDF to distil.A report, a tender, a study: Paul reads the document and keeps what serves your message, without you retyping anything.
  • Images to include.Product photos, diagrams, partner logos: attached to the brief, they are placed in the slides, where the template puts them.

And when a figure or a reference is missing, web search, switched on with one click, goes and finds it.

How it works

Files are attached to the conversation like attachments to an email.

  1. 01Step 1

You attach your files to the brief

Drag them into the input box, or paste them. Excel, CSV, Word, PDF, text, Markdown, PowerPoint and images are accepted.

  2. 02Step 2

    Paul reads and extracts

Tables, headings, paragraphs and images are extracted from the file, not described from memory. Paul knows where every figure comes from.

  3. 03Step 3

Paul proposes an outline, you adjust it

The outline follows the structure of your documents. You remove a part, add one, approve.

  4. 04Step 4

The slides are composed inside your template

Each slide takes the retained content into the layouts, colours and fonts of your brand. The .pptx is editable, figure by figure.

Good to know

What Paul does with your files, and what it does not.

  1. 01Formats

    Accepted formats

Excel (.xlsx) and CSV, Word (.docx), PDF, text and Markdown, PowerPoint (.pptx), PNG, JPEG, WebP and GIF images.

  2. 02Figures

    The figures stay yours

Paul reuses the values in your files; it does not invent data. If a value is missing, it says so, or looks it up on the web if you allow it.

  3. 03Web

    Web search, on request

A button in the input box switches on web search to complete a context, a definition, an order of magnitude. Switched off, Paul sticks to your documents.

  4. 04Privacy

Your files stay in your workspace

Attached documents belong to your conversation and your organisation. They are never used to train any model.

Frequently asked questions

Does Paul read the whole document?
Yes, it extracts all the text, tables and images, then keeps what serves the brief. You can ask it to focus on a specific part.
What happens to an Excel table?
It becomes a table or a chart in the slide, depending on what the brief asks for, in your brand colours. The values are those of the workbook.
Can I attach several files at once?
Yes. An Excel for the figures, a Word file for the narrative, images to illustrate: Paul combines the sources into one outline.
What about an existing PowerPoint?
It can serve as material like any other file, or as the template if it carries your brand: in that case, Paul composes inside it.
Is web search on by default?
No. You switch it on with one click when you want Paul to complete your documents with outside sources.
